What I am doing now
- Album on repeat: Efter Stormen by Marie Fredriksson. A great album to play in the background and while cooking. This LP was found in the attic of my parents farm (previously grandparents). And the LP player was found in the barn where it has been for 30 years. Used to be my aunts and she didn't think it still worked, but when I plugged it in it started spinning and it sounds great.
- Building a social platform (web app) to find people to do adventures with. I use this project to also learn Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Learning to write an interpreter in Go using the book Crafting Interpreters by Robert Nystrom.
- I tend to my personal mail-, web-, and cloud storage server server (VPS at Vultr). This server runs the OpenBSD operating system, which i am so happy with. The purpose behind this server is to be independent with regards to my needs for mail, web, and storage. Not having to depend on a big tech company to provide this for me.
- Live in Trondheim, Norway. Trying to spend time with friends and family and doing sports.
- Learning piano. I play guitar since 15 years or so.
- Working as a researcher at SINTEF, Norway, in a research group called Reliable Automation.
